Guardian Angel!!! Where do I begin... (New home buyer-turned HomeOwner!!!) My life was turned on its head when I Joined the Army. My situation: I'm stuck in Arizona away from my family and trying to plan our living situation with my soon-to-be duty station in Colorado. On base housing wait-lists nearly half a year out and I have a family of 5!! *** Enter Sunny*** literally a guardian angel for my family. She answered countless questions about Colorado Springs, knows the area like the back of her hand, extremely friendly, transparent, and hands on. Answered every single call and was always available for us (even at crazy hours due to my schedule). Literally jumped at every house we were inspecting remotely from across the U.S. (at the time my wife and kids living in TN). We entrusted Sunny with scoping homes from across the U.S!!! Sunny checked all the neighborhoods, houses, knows so many people within the industry and went above and beyond her duty as an Agent... I MEAN IT! We finally find the right house within our budget and I PCS to CO. However... I cannot pull my credit until the house closes. So I'm stranded in this new environment walking everywhere!! Sunny literally let me borrow her vehicle to run errands (grocery shopping) and get acclimated with Fort Carson!!!! What agent does that for their clients?!? None... Unless they are 100% invested into their clients and love their industry. She even drove me across town to sign my closing documents. With a full heart I 100% recommend Sunny. She will quickly go from being your agent to a true friend only wanting the best for you. The world needs more kind hearted people. Sunny is that pot of gold everyone is searching for especially during such a life-changing time. If you're in need of a solid agent who gives 100% for you look no further. Zero complaints all blessings. I only wish I could take her to my next duty station in 3 years when I PCS!
